20-DAY REFUND POLICY

Refunds are applicable within 20 days from the date of purchase. The handbag must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within the 20-day period. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). Securely package the handbag in its original packaging, including all accessories and the RAN inside the package. Ship the handbag back to our designated return address using a reliable and trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customized or personalized handbags are not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Items purchased from authorized retailers or third-party sellers should be returned to the original place of purchase, following their respective refund policies.
